Use of the service

You agree to use MentionGEO for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

We do not guarantee specific SEO, GEO, ranking, visibility, or AI recommendation outcomes.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled. Plan limits apply to manual scans, tracked brands, and competitors. Weekly scans are included while your subscription is active.

AI results

MentionGEO analyzes AI-generated responses. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and should be reviewed before making business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

MentionGEO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

MentionGEO is not liable for business losses, financial losses, or decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Availability / Downtime

Service availability may vary and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
